At Wocecileafro Fashion, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you're welcome to return your item(s).
Returns for full-priced products are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Please note: sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received — this means unworn, unwashed, unmarked, and free from any fragrances or damage. All original tags and packaging must be intact. We recommend trying on your item(s) as soon as you receive them to ensure that they meet your expectations and fall within our return period.
We strongly advise sending all returns via a tracked express post service with a signature on delivery to ensure the return reaches us safely and within the designated timeframe. Cecile Fashion cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Exchanges
If you purchased a full-priced item, you may request an exchange within 14 days for an alternate size, color, or style (depending on availability). While we’ll do our best to accommodate your exchange request, we can’t guarantee availability until your item is returned and processed.

Return Processing
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s). If approved, your exchange item will be dispatched, or your refund will be issued to your original payment method — excluding the original shipping fee. While we aim to process returns swiftly, please allow up to 5 business days for completion. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty. If you're requesting an exchange, any additional postage costs will be at your expense.
Wocecileafro Fashion is not liable for any return parcels that are lost or delayed. We recommend using a trackable delivery service and keeping a record of your tracking number.
